At Primavera, rooms are very spacious ,clean and sanitized.room are roomy, elegant, airy with a huge balcony to relaxtion.room cleaning is done daily and bed Lenin changed after 3 days.

Primavera is located in a quite friendly neighbourhood and has a Neighbourhood Watch environment .the guest House is in a gated compound with CCTV Cameras with only the main entrance which is always monitored

Primavera Holiday Homes in Candolim is located 13 km from Panaji. It can take up to 30 minutes to travel from Panjim to Candolim Beach.
It takes around 1 hour and 10 minutes to travel from Dabolim Airport (GOI) via NH66 and around 45 minutes to travel from Mopa Airport (GOI) via NH66 to Primavera Holiday Homes. The international airport in Mopa, the nearest airport to Primavera Holiday Homes, is located about 32 kilometers from the beach.
Thivim Railway Station in North Goa is the nearest railway station to Primavera Holiday Homes. It is located about 21 km from the beach. Karmali and Madgaon are other railheads. Thivim to Primavera Holiday Homes can be reached in about 40 minutes by cab. While it may take up to 90 minutes to drive from Madgaon to Primavera Holiday Homes.
One can just hire a cab, bike, or take a bus to get here. KTC (Kadamba Transport Corporation) buses from Mapusa and Panjim take travelers to Candolim in about 30 minutes. Panaji Bus Station is located about 13 km from Candolim. A Panjim to Candolim bus is the cheapest mode of travel. The best time to visit Candolim Beach is November through early April. Candolim Beach to Panaji taxi fare tend to increase during this peak tourist season.
Being a public beach, there is no entry fee for Candolim Beach. The beach is open to visitors at any time of the day. One can simply walk from Candolim Beach to Calangute Beach as both are continuous beaches. It takes about 20 minutes to travel from Candolim Beach to Baga Beach via Aguada-Siolim Road.
