• Check-in time: From 14:00 hrs.
  Check-out time: Until 11:00 hrs. Early checkinn and late checkout is subject to availability and will be charged.Please confirm your arrival and checkout timming in advance.
• Incase of Balance/Full payment needs to be paid at the time of check-in.
  Please note that while going to bed, you should lock the doors and windows of your room.
• Please check your belonging at time of checkout.Any wearable item like cloths,shoes etc left in room after checkout will be treated as trash and will be disposed.Any valuable item if found will kept for 3 days .the owner of item should contact us immediately .
• Visitors, Attendants, Drivers, Servants or Associates are strictly not permitted in the Room without perior permission.ID will need to be produced.
• As per govt regulation for security purpose, all Indian guests are required to present a valid photo ID proof, (Voter’s ID, Driving License, Aadhar Card, and any other ID with address approved by the Government of India. A Pan Card is not acceptable). All international guests are required to present a valid passport and visa.
• Early Departure Fees: Please note that the guest has to confirm the check-out date at the time of check-in. Guest can check-out early, however they will be charged 100% retention as per the initial check out date that they had specified.
• Food Delivery.
  Outside food is allowed in the villa premises. All food deliveries have to be collected at the front gate, No delivery agent will be allowed inside the property due to safety concern. Kindly ensure that there is no littering so that cleanliness and hygiene can be maintained at all times.Eating on the bed is strictly prohibited.Any stain on white Linen will be charged 1000/-INR to your room charges.
• Personal Bluetooth speakers or any electrical appliances or musical instruments may be used only with prior permission of the management as long as there is no disturbance to other guests.
• (Loud music is strictly not allowed in or outside the villa as it is a residential area).
• Rooms will be cleaned daily, or on alternate days even in the absence of the guest between 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.Bed lenien will be changed after 3 days.
• Guests are advised not to keep their belongings/valuables unlocked while leaving the room.
  Please lock your cupboard . Lockers are provided in all the 10 rooms. Kindly use them to keep your valuables.
• Guests are advised not to take bath towels to the beach.
• Any sort of illegal activities strictly prohibited. 
• kettle is used only to boil water for tea or coffee.kettle should not be used to boil eggs,milk, etc
• Laundry service is provided at reasonable rates.
• Drying of clothes is not permitted on the balcony railing or on wooden furniture or on the terrace.
• Cloth liners or drying racks are provided in the bathroom and balcony .
• If any loss or damage to the Hotel property is caused by the guest/s or by their friends or associates, the cost and the labour charges will have to be borne by the guest.”
